Dr. Cally Wooley began her educational journey at the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wooley enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and son. She also loves baking and spending time outdoors, embracing opportunities to relax and create lasting memories with her family.

John Frey, Doctor of Medicine
Dr. John Frey is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician in Texarkana and is currently licensed to practice medicine in Texas & Arkansas. Dr. Frey graduated from Albany Medical College of Union University in 1992. Having more than 29 years of diverse experiences. Dr. Frey has the following three expertise:

- Accidents
- Trauma
Elmer G. Pinzon, Doctor of Medicine
Dr. Elmer Pinzon graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1998, specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMR). Dr. Pinzon is a Board-Certified, physical medicine and rehabilitation/pain medicine physician specializing in musculoskeletal/interventional pain medicine, with an emphasis on principles of physical medicine, interventional spine/musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and regenerative medicine. Dr. Pinzon offers an array of injections, non-surgical treatments, and pain management procedures.
Leta, Office Manager
Leta joined our team in 1994 as the front desk receptionist and has worked all areas of the clinic over the years. She has been the office manager since 2008 and marketing director since 2005. She wears many hats and brings much knowledge to the running of the business. Leta is extremely passionate about chiropractic and its benefits not only for injuries sustained in an accident but for overall health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years and her daughter. She also enjoys spending time with her new addition, Coco Chanel & grand dog Dash.
Abby, CA/New Patient Specialist
Abby joined our team in August 2016 as chiropractic assistant in therapy. She is now our new patient specialist and back-office assistant. She contributes where needed whether it be front desk, therapy or interventional pain management. Abby is the funny one of the bunch, her personality helps to bring a smile to the faces of our patients. When away from work Abby enjoys spending time with her family and friends either on the lake or hanging out.
Charlotte, Chiropractic Assistant
Charlotte joined our team in 2006, and is the oldest of the bunch, bringing her wisdom to the team. She assists our doctor in patient therapy, among numerous other duties. She will make your time with us as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Charlotte is very passionate about people and animals. In her spare time, she is active with the Vietnam Veterans and loves spending time with her dog Lulu. Charlotte retired in March of 2025.
Although she is retired, she occasionally fills in to help when needed, allowing other members of our staff to take time off while ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
